Installation went without a hitch and on the first test, EzStamp provided more information than the
"Scott US Stamps" S/W I was using trying to identify a stamp (Scott 143..190 / Minkus 106..141..).     L.B.
Letter sent to Linn's : I am writing to inform your readers of the unparalleled technical support I received from SoftPro, makers of the
computerized stamp inventory system, EzStamp.  I am 70 years old and have been collecting U.S.A. stamps since I was seven years old.
I am not particularly computer literate, and it was with some fear of not being able to handle the software that I purchased both the EzStamp
and the AlbumGen software.
After using and enjoying the operational ease of both programs, I ran into some problems due to errors on my part.  I thought that I had lost my 
entire file including over 200 stamp images that I had scanned in.  I e-mailed SoftPro explaining the problem.  Within minutes, I received a 
reply!  Over the next few hours, we had a two way e-mail discourse.  I was step by step walked through correcting and restoring what could have taken 
me months to re-enter.
Marios Theodossiou, the writer of both programs, was amazingly patient, technically competent, and most of all immediately responsive and 
reassuring.  It was like having a personal technical support expert at my side.  If anyone has had experiences having to rely on tech support from 
any of the software companies, they can attest to how lousy and unresponsive they can be.
I enthusiastically recommend both of these programs.  For an old timer like me, they are easy to use and the tech support, if needed, is fantastic.

Received the EZ Stamp program today. It is everything as descibed. Truely a fantastic and easy to use stamp DataBase. I did
complete the registration paper and sent it back. I will definitly upgrade with the year upgrades, can you please keep me informed as to
when Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau are added. Keep up the great job. Being a computer novice it is the easiest program to use.

HI Marios, Man, this is'nt great, it's bloody fantastic!!!!!!!! I cannot wait for the rest of the countries to come out!!! As I explained, I concentrate on the British Empire. Your Great Britain alone, is going to keep me busy for months/years!!! Heavens help when Australia/Nieu Zeeland, South Africa and the rest get released!!! Considering the effort that has gone into such a great product, it is damn cheap. Man-hours etc etc. Thanx once again, I still cannot get over it!!!! I am paging through countries I have no stamps of and I am enthralled!!! Beautiful realistic colours!!!
